A scrappy weekend
I was able to scrap a bunch this weekend... here's a few things I got done. :D
Cooper last year at the beach. I've loved scrapping Cooper lately! It says "Our Nominee for Dumb Dog of the Year Award".
Frame for Sarah's new room.

An old Malcolm and Alwyn song that needed to be scrapped. It says "When a Bible's well used, the devil's not amused."

Sept photos
A few random pictures from Sept so far...

Here is the card Andy made for me. :D there are 3 flowers on there with red bling in the center - they didn't photograph too well, but I love love love that my dh MADE me a card. :D And it was full of GUSHY stuff, too!

This plant was out front at Cooper Mountain Vineyards (our favorite!)... does anyone kno what it is?? I'm thinking it would be good for out front of our home, by the curb and trees.

Our 10th Anni Trip
For our anni, I planned a trip to some local wine country for Andy and I. Newberg and McMinville are about an hour away and home to some of the worlds best Pinot Noirs and TONS of vineyards and wineries. There was a "tour" weekend where lots of vineyards were open for tasting, so we took in as much as we dared. Here's a general view as left the area.

Sarah's first day at Kinder
Here is a cute video of Sarah at school on her first day. She's really loving school and we're thrilled with her teacher and class size. There is even one girl from last years preschool in her class. Very cool!
Seaside Beach Volleyball Tournament
While I was in Utah for CKU, Andy was at the beach with all the family. Over the weekend, he played in the Seaside Beach Volleyball Tournament with a few friends. The weather was windy and rainy and they didn't win, but they still had fun. How could you not?? :D Saturday, August 23, 2008
T E N. 10. Ten Years!!!
Sunday August 24th marks 10 years of marital bliss. survival ... some days inbetween. but TEN YEARS!!!!!! Ok, all of you who were placing bets at our wedding, PAY UP!! You have our address! :P

I love Andy. Such a wonderful man of God. I love how kind he is and how true he loves. How blessed am I that God moved him around the world and into my broken achey heart. How blessed am I that God healed BOTH our hearts before he brought us together. How blessed am I to be loved by a man like him. ***sigh***
Reasons we're a great couple:
We agree on so much.
We trust each other.
We never have driving / direction arguements. Or checkbook arguements, for that matter.
We get it off our chests and move on!
Saturdays are for sleeping in!
We each have such different knowledge that between the two of us, we know EVERYTHING! (ok, sorta joking about that one)
We laugh.
We love.
We serve.
We renew ourselves in each other.
Yep, I love that man!
